He is survived by: his father Harry David Phillips; his wife Laurie Phillips of Blue Springs; his children, Carter Phillips, Aaron Phillips, Marcus Phillips, Marlee Phillips and Pearce Phillips; and his siblings, Tonya Dacus (James), Angie Sanson (Derek), Angela Post (Bob), Connie Wilkerson (John) and George Kistner (Mary). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
