She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Yancey and Carrie Smith Yancey; her husband Fagin Smith; and her siblings, Cleo Boren, Clifford, Ben and Neal Yancey.
She is survived by: her son Phillip Smith (Melissa Bolden) of Blue Mountain; her sisters, Johnnie Fay Henson (Jerry) of Dumas and Robbie Newby of Dumas; and her grandsons, Rusty and Tony Smith. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
