Simmons and Hattie Anniebelle Knox-Simmons; his siblings, Herman, Clarence, Quinton Jr, Charles, Niki Paul Simmons and Sara Inez Jackson; his sisters-in-law, Janie, Flora and Mary Alice Simmons; his niece Kim Story; his nephew Ralph E. Simmons; and his brothers-in-law, William Griffin (Bill), Al Spears and Billy Wayne Finger.
He is survived by: his pet Zinna; his wife Zora Lee McCloude-Simmons of Blue Mountain, MS.; his sisters, Louise Bolling (Andrew) of Montgomery, AL, Betty Griffin-Spears, Mary Woodford (Wade) of Indianapolis, IN and Annie Gibbs (John Frank) of Tiplersville, MS; his brother-in-law John D. Jackson of Indianapolis, IN; and his close friend Norman Gaillard. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
