He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Lee "Pete" King and Madora King; his daughters, Brenda King and Kathy Lee King; and his grandson La'Marcus D'Unte King.
He is survived by: his children, Mattie Lou King Banks of New Albany, MS, Patricia Ann Tucker of Beaver, PA, Archie W. King (Lori) of Pontotoc, MS and Jason King; and his siblings, Curtis King (Alice) of Blue Mountain, MS, James King of Tupelo, MS, David King of Cleveland, MS, Robert Jones of Atlanta, GA, Charles King of New Albany, MS and Jessie Mae Graves (Mike) of Kansas City, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
