James Lee Parks Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 1, 2020, at the age of 48, James Lee Parks (Blue Mountain, Mississippi) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brother Teddy Brady; and his grandfathers, James H. Parks and Leroy Meeks. He is survived by: his parents, John Parks and Gayle Meeks Jackson; his children, Bailey Lea Parks of Olive Branch, MS, Kelley Parks of Blue Mountain, MS, Tiffany M. Potts of Tupelo, MS, Jerry W. Potts, Jr. of Guntown, MS and John D. Potts (Kayla) of Guntown, MS; his siblings, Tina H. Shelton (John) of Blue Springs, MS, Jeanne P. Young (Danny) of New Albany, MS and Kerry Bruiser Walker (Sandy) of Falkner, MS; his grandmothers, Helen Parks of Ripley, MS and Lawanda V. Meeks of Ripley, MS; his fiancé Tracy Bates Crawford; and his partner's children, Lijah Crawford and Laney Crawford. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
