He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Evans and Ruth Evans. He is survived by: his wife Gwendolyn Evans; his children, Kylenicholas Evans, Sankeyo Gibbs (Katherine), Shanekia and LaDale Gibbs; and his siblings, Charles Knox (Mattie), Joe Ed Evans (Phyllis), Larry Evans, Robert Evans (Jazz), Drucilla Hardy, Ruth Evans and Pearlie Cameron (James). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
