He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Harold Hall, Bonnie Haney and Bobby Daniel Sr.; and his aunt Kay McClean. He is survived by: his parents, Bobby Daniel and Rhonda Hall Daniel; his grandmother Faire Lee Hall; his daughters, Adalyn, Nevaeh Daniel of Blue Mountain, Dakota Whitt and Kynzlee Daniel of Houston; and his siblings, Samantha Moody (John) of Pinedale, Tyler Daniel (Ashley) of Ingomar and Devin Daniel of Blue Mountain.
