She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Swinford and Lucille Frazier Swinford; her husband James Dow Britt; her daughter Grace White; her siblings, Lorene Alexander, Billie Faye Swinford, Bud and Ray Swinford; and her sons-in-law, Jay White and J. R. Webb.
She is survived by: her children, James Melvin Britt (Barbara) of Booneville, MS, Brenda Joyce Britt Webb of Blue Mountain, MS and Elizabeth Ann Britt of Blue Mountain, MS; her sisters, Betty Alley of Falkner, MS, Suzie Clemons (Jimmy) of Coquille, Pat Clemons (Bill) of Norton, VA and Kathy Franz of Walnut, MS; her grandchildren, James Alan White of Arkansas, Amanda Michelle Cook (Marshall) of Blue Mountain, MS and Brandon Mullins (Danielle) of Blue Mountain, MS; and her great grandchildren, Autumn Grace Tidwell, Alyssa Rose Cook, James Conner Cook, Hunter Cook, Jessie White, Elijah White, Xander White and Saylor White.
