He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Henson and Mildred Henson; and his sister Jenny Martin. He is survived by: his wife Jane E. Henson; his children, Larry Henson (Jackie) of Biloxi, Janice Fitzgerald (Donald) of Biloxi and Brian Henson (Lana) of Holly Springs, MS; his siblings, Martha Caldwell (Allen) of Booneville, Margie Ramsey of Booneville and Ricky Henson (Tiffany) of McKinney, TX; his grandchildren, Christopher Godard (Casey) of Gulfport, MS, Jason Godard (Krystal) of Gulfport and Mikayla Jacobs (Ben) of Kansas City; and his great grandchildren, Addison Godard, Brennen Godard, Liam Godard, Graham Godard, Braxton Godard and Avery Godard.
