It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda Genell Foster of Biloxi, Mississippi, who passed away on January 29, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Foster, and Laura Foster, Sr.; her siblings, Woodrow, James Foster, Robert Foster, Laura Ann Hines and Rose Mary Cates; and her siblings-in-law, Don Parks, Brenda Foster and Jada Foster.
She is survived by: her nephew Kevin Lively; and her siblings, Ben Foster (Kathy), Michael Foster, Toby Foster, John Foster, Peggy Page (Larry), Velma Parks and Brenda Roberts. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephew's other relatives and dear friends.
