He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Blanchard and Velma Blanchard; and his brothers, Leroy and Kenneth Blanchard. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia; his children, Dawn Migues-Alsbury (Robert), Lori Cruse (Dudley), Tara Solomon, Wallace Blanchard, Jr. and Angel DuRant (Charles); and his siblings, Genevieve Lloyd, Barbara Seymour and Terrell Blanchard. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
