He is survived by: his wife Christine; his stepson Scott Layfield; his sisters, Joanne Forsberg and Carolyn Williams; his niece Glynda Whorton Kuehn; and his great-nieces, Britney Kuehn Patten (Ray) and Rachel Kuehn.
