He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommie Plylar and Clara Plylar; and his brother Jim Stok. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Yates Plylar; his children, Thomas C. Plylar III (Sissy) and Rachel D. Plylar (Fulmer); his granddaughters, Brittany Hand (Alex) and Breanna White (Aaron); his great grandchildren, Leighla, Alexander Hand, Oliver and Pierce White; and his siblings, Marion Parker, Patricia Dimmett, Sharyn Williams, Virginia Rhodes, Theresa Ascencio and Joseph Plylar.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Lemoyne Blvd. Baptist Church Building Fund.
