He was predeceased by: his parents, Thad Monroe Geter and Jettie S. Geter; his son John David Geter; his son-in-law Larry Lawrence; and his grandson David Lawrence.
He is survived by: his children, Sandra Lawrence, Mike (Rhonda Geter), Robin (Darnell Davis), Sheila (Jimmy Horton), Patty Geter, Daniel (Tammy Geter), Timothy (Kedra Geter) and Aaron (Lizbet Geter).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the New Life Family Church (362 Old Popp's Ferry Rd, Biloxi, MS 39531). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
