She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Mayfield and Anthony Mayfield Sr.; her siblings, Earl B. Hunter, Anthony Mayfield Jr., William L. Mayfield, Delores Mayfield Brooks and Carolyn Mayfield Hunter; and her sister-in-law Ashley P. Mayfield.

She is survived by: her brother Jerome E. Mayfield; her nieces and nephews, Yvette Stewart, Lovie Brooks, Karen Mayfield, Christina Mayfield, Dorothy Mayfield, Lauren N. Price, Latoya Price, Joy Price, Keith Littlejohn (Phyllis) and Anthony Brooks; and her great-niece Addy Mayfield.
