He was predeceased by: his parents, James Davis and Faye Davis. He is survived by: his wife Penny Santiago Davis; his children, Samantha Davis (Kris), Robert Santiago (Lauren) and Santana Santiago (Josh); and his grandchildren, Aiden, Kathryn, Nora and Eli. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
To honor Sam's life, a donation to any organization supporting these charities would only add to the legacy of Sam's life.
