She is survived by: her husband Tracey Forehand; her children, Michael Lee and Toby Lee; her sisters, Mary Jo Barnett and Jacqueline Murray; her nieces, Bree Demoran and Debbie Havelin; her nephew James Demoran; and her grandchildren, Tyler Lee, Brandon Lee, Kyle Hebert, Tera Lee, Tony Buchanan and Lexi Lee.
