He was predeceased by: his former wife Voncey Moran; his son Mark Moran; his parents, Ella Mae and Edward L. Moran; and his siblings, Jadly, Anthony and Rudy Moran.
He is survived by: his wife MyLe Thi Moran; his children, Jane Moran Allen, Roland Moran Jr. (Kim), Edward Moran (Tonya) and Patrick F. Moran Sr.; his grandchildren, Nicole Cook (Sean), Ashley V. Allen, Roland Moran III, Aliseah, Brooke, Katelynn, Garrett, Patrick Jr., Chase, Marcus, Iycise, Hunter, Freya, Antoni and James Moran; his great grandchildren, Adalynn, Maddox Cook, Brentley Moran and Tayson Oneal; and his stepsons, Anthony M. Chiang and Patrick A. Chiang.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Southern Mississippi Funeral Services Chapel (6631 Washington Ave, Ocean Springs, MS 39564). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, August 30th 2024 at the Diberville Memorial Park.
