It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Morgan Petersen (Biloxi, Mississippi), who passed away on May 15, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his pets, Angel, Princess, Bootsy, Zeke and Bigger; his parents, Margarite Kendall and Berthold Herman Petersen; and his grandparents, Armus Morgan and Gloria Beeman.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Ann Petersen; his children, Morgan Petersen Taylor (James) and Dacia Petersen; his grandchildren, Henson, Leo Taylor, Daniel, Joshua Petersen and Olivia Petersen; his stepmother Elizabeth Petersen; and his stepbrother Steven Petersen (Lupi).
In lieu of flowers, it was his wish that memorials be sent to Umbrella of Hope Animal Rescue, 4080 Railroad Avenue Suite C, Pittsburg, CA 94565 which was started and continues to be operated on a volunteer basis by his daughter, Dacia. Alternately, please honor him by making a donation to the charity of your choice or just remembering to always be kind.
