He is survived by: his wife Barbara Marie Clayton Norton; his son Andrew Thomas Norton; his mother Patricia A. Ransom of Akwesasne, NY; his brother James S. Norton of Biloxi; his in-laws, Thomas and Laverne Stokes Clayton of D'Iberville, MS; his pet Mishka; and his close friend Billy Kuhn. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in honor of Richard Norton to Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home on Howard Avenue in Biloxi.
