He is survived by: his wife Virginia Lois Belvel; his children, Billy Belvel (Judi), Robin Chandler (Greg) and Steve Belvel (Suzi); his grandchildren, Lindsey Belvel and Zachary Belvel; and his sister Nancy Brasel.
