It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ray Dean Breland of Biloxi, Mississippi, born in Pascagoula, Mississippi, who passed away on November 16, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Breland and Edra Breland (Taylor); and his siblings-in-law, Charles Pettis, William Byrd, Billie Joyce Iannazzo (Sal), Marianne Johnson (Jim) and Myrna Bullock.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby; his sister Donice Pettis; his siblings-in-law, Peggy Butler, Judy Byrd and Rocky (Peggy); and his nieces and nephews, Alex Butler (Corinne), Brant Pettis (Paula), Jay Johnson, Steve Johnson (Margie), Lisa Bullock, Shanna Kuljis (Stephen) and Sherrye Ianazzo. He is also survived by 12 great-nephews, 2 great-nieces; 5 great-great-nieces, and 5 great-great-nephews.
