He is survived by: his parents, Raven Cruz Buchholz and Samuel Brayden Buchholz; his sister Hazel LeeAnne Buchholz; his grandparents, Theodore "Doug", Heidi Trice of Scio, Francisco Cruz (Michelle) of Douglas, AZ, Randy Ray Buchholz of Colorado and Laura Ann Buchholz of Colorado; his aunts and uncles, Sebastian Cruz (Samantha), Douglas "Raine" Trice of Ohio, Jake Mayes of Colorado, Emalee Suzanne Mayes of Colorado and Miranda Rae Buchholz of Colorado; his cousins, Maddie Sedgmer of Ohio and Willow June Mayes of Colorado; and his great-aunt Tiffany Sedgmer (Will) of Ohio.

Memorials can be made to Children's Hospital New Orleans, LCMC Health, Hematology and Oncology, 200 Henry Clay Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70118.
