He was predeceased by: his parents, Rander Ruiz Sr. and Ellen Ruiz; and his brothers, Edward Ruiz and Denny Ruiz. He is survived by: his brothers, Harvey Ruiz, Stanley Ruiz (Ruth) and Peyton Ruiz (Iris). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Biloxi National Cemetery (400 Veterans Ave, Biloxi, MS 39531).
