He is survived by: his wife Shirley Swinney; his children, Debbe Swinney, Kathy Swinney Stover and Bryan Swinney; his siblings, Pat Roe, Robert Lee Swinney (Pansie) and Jody Swinney (Rhonda); his grandchildren, Kara Adkins (Gunter), Kyle Stover, Kaitlyn Andrew (Stephen), Brandon Swinney and Jason Swinney; and his great grandchildren, Anderson Adkins, Sawyer Adkins, Harper Andrew and Parker Andrew.
