He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Kendall and Ruth Kendall; his wife Carolyn "Bettie" Kendall; and his sister Norma Ramsey. He is survived by: his daughters, Marcia Gross and Catherine Miller; his grandchildren, Kendall Gross, Elizabeth "Bizzy" Gross, Kyle Miller and Krista Miller; and his great grandchild Everly Smith.
