It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Howell Breslin of Biloxi, Mississippi, who passed away on December 23, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Irene Howell and Amel Howell; her siblings, Linda Howell Kennedy, Emelda Howell Britvec, Donald Howell and Stephen Howell; her nieces, Lee Patricia Britvec, Karen Kennedy and Kris Kennedy Price; and her nephew Patrick Donald Howell.

She is survived by: her brother Walter Howell (Ann); her husband Richard Breslin; her stepchildren, Mark Breslin (Jennie) and Deborah Breslin Mamana (Joe); her grandchildren, Rachel Breslin Townsley, Sara Breslin, Julia Mamana, Jamie Mamana and Joey Mamana; her great grandchild Alexander Townsley; her nieces and nephews, Paul Howell (Dianna), Michael Howell, Catherine Howell Davis, Stephen Howell (Tammy), Ellen Howell Depinuil (John), Jeannie Howell Scatturo (Stevie), Robert Howell, Stephanie Howell Martin (Gene), Anita Howell Coyle (Joe), Melissa Howell Goss (Darren), Laura Kennedy Braswell (John), Katheryn Kennedy Bullard, Donna Kennedy and Lisa Howell Lockhart (Mark); her goddaughter Molly Ann King Wills (Kane); and also Ezra Austin.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like memorial donations in her name to be made to Biloxi First United Methodist Church at 14220 Shriners Blvd, Biloxi, MS 39532.

“When I was around 7-years-old, I met Pat at the BYC swimming pool. One day I asked Pat if I could call her Aunt Pat and she replied, "Sure!!" From that day on Pat was my aunt. Because of our meeting, Pat and my mother, Judy Crim, immediately became lifelong best friends for over 45 years. My family's love for Aunt Pat and Richard is immense and will never leave us.
