She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Cooper and Betty Ruth Cooper (Ford); her husband Franklin Theodore Harris; her brother Walter Cooper, Jr.; her son Arnold Dexter Harris; and her nieces, Sonja Reed and Ayo Singleton.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Michelle Woodson and Robert Harris; her sisters, Carolyn Adside and Sandra Singleton; her grandchildren, Tammier Cooper, Simone Woodson, Kweisi Fountain, Devin Harris, Auric Harris and Tyles Smith; her great grandchildren, Cameron Harges, Nolan Fountain, Morgan Smith, Tyles Smith, Jr., Kaiden Lampley and A'mir Harris; her nieces and nephews, Keisha Griffith, Naomi Williams, Auriah Singleton, Jalah Singleton, Imani Singleton, Rion Gines, Rashaad Williams, Jairus Griffith and Jacarri McDonald; and her extended family, Vickie Taylor, Novella Griffin and Geraldine Brown.
