It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norrina Ann Rogers of Biloxi, Mississippi, who passed away on January 28, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lewis Horton and Barbara Lee Pliett (Ochrang); her husbands, Chancy Max Betz and Clifford William Rogers, Sr.; her stepparents, Sandra Feathers and Elmer Pliett; her daughter Christina Spicer; her fiancé John White; and her sister Rita Pliett.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Rogers (Janeen) of Biloxi, Clifford Rogers, Jr. (Crystal) of Biloxi, Toby Spicer of Biloxi and Luna Rogers (Shannon) of Hicksville, Ohio; her granddaughters, Amy and Angel Rogers; and her siblings, Rhonda Guzowski (Philip), Mae Gibson (Stanley), Karla Howard (Ernie), Jennifer Wroblewski (Jack Fraley, Jr.), Sheela Horton (Christine Bowen), Traci Feathers (Bill Tebalt), Dawn Wicker, Angel Dalton (Floyd), Kelly Tokarczyk (Joseph), Theresa Poeppel (Glenn), Brian Horton (Sue), John Horton (Lana), Rick Feathers (Judygayle), James Wicker (Lisa) and Timmy Pliett (Jenny). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family requests memorial contributions to be made to Oberlin-Turnbull Funeral Home to defray funeral cost.
