He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold V Cox and Evelyn M Pavolini Cox. He is survived by: his wife Debra Ann Montgomery-Cox; his sons, Michael Cox Jr. (Rachel) and Delmas Cox (Sydney); his grandchildren, Michael Cox, Gabrielle Migues (Rocky), Delmas Cox, Lesleigh Cox, Sophie Cox and Abby Cox; his great grandchildren, Rosaleigh and Fisher Migues; and his siblings, Wayne V. Cox (Mary), Jimmy E. Cox (late Linda), Annette Cox Ingram (Scott) and DeeAnn Cox Trosclair (Matt).
Mike and his wife attended mass faithfully at Saint Mary's until the COVID era.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to be made to Eva's Place 258 Vestry Rd Perkinston, MS 39573 or to Saint Vincent de Paul at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Woolmarket.
