It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Jon Kessler of Biloxi, Mississippi, born in Modesto, California, who passed away on March 14, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernice Ruth Kessler and Leroy F. Kessler Sr.; his brother David E. Kessler; and his sister-in-law Roberta Kessler. He is survived by: his wife Isabel "Bell" M. Kessler of Biloxi, MS; his children, Michael F. Kessler (Traci) of Biloxi, MS, Isabel "Cathy" C. Kessler of Biloxi, MS and Elizabeth A. Kessler of Biloxi, MS; his grandson Christopher F. Kessler of Biloxi, MS.; his brothers, Leroy F. Kessler Jr. of Turlock, CA and Richard "Dick" Kessler (Holly); and his siblings-in-law, George C. Jirout of Colorado Springs, CO and Bernadette Graham of Biloxi, MS. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to to The Nativity BVM Elementary School Foundation, Biloxi, MS; The Humane Society of South Mississippi, Gulfport; The Loaves and Fishes Building Fund, Biloxi, MS; or Oxford House, Biloxi, MS in his name.
