She was predeceased by: her parents, Larkin Smith and Trula Smith; and her siblings, Margaret Smith and John Smith. She is survived by: her children, Janice Nelson, Trudy Burkett (Gary), Amanda, Sonny Nelson (Donna), Mark Nelson (Terri) and Boyd Moretz (Christy); her stepdaughter Lorraine Salyers; her siblings, Terry Groseclose (Larry), Bobby Smith (Betty) and Ray Smith (Karen); her sister-in-law Alicia Smith; and her caregiver Claire Hall. She is also survived by her 16 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to The Greenwood Cemetery, in care of Ray Smith 26192 Denton Valley Road.
