He was predeceased by: his siblings, Joyce Allen, Faye Stainbrook, Kathy Martin, Peggy Davis and Gary Carter; his parents, Mary Wallace Carter and George O'neal Carter; and his daughter Terah Lesso.
He is survived by: his sisters, Vicki Savage (Larry) of Biloxi, MS and Margaret Ann Smith of Wiggins, MS.; and his brothers-in-law, Jerry Martin, Kenneth Allen and Chris Stainbrook. He is also survived by extended family with several nieces and nephews.
Leslie belonged to the Southern Independent Riders motorcycle club and was an avid supporter of the St. Jude Dream Day Foundation. In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. Jude's Dream Day Foundation.
