It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Leon Chelette Jr. of Biloxi, Mississippi, who passed away on March 24, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Parolee "Polly" Gillespie and Leon "Buck" Chelette; his daughter Billie McNeil; his grandchildren, Pamela Ann Barq, Janet Aucoin, Michael Patrick and Charlie Patrick; and his wife Addie Mae Walker "Maw".
He is survived by: his granddaughters, Catherine Pierotich (JJ) of Biloxi and Jerrie Collins (Norman) of Biloxi; his nieces, Patricia Brumley of Converse, LA and Cherie Grantham of Abbeville, LA; his nephew Donald Ingram of Dallas, TX; and his brother Chelette "Lee". He is also survived by many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
