He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Martel and Dorothy Martel; and his son Gene Martel. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Martel; his sister Carolyn Martel; his children, Dean Martel and Hope Martel Andy (Orlando); his grandchildren, Allan Martel (Stefanie), Cassie Martel, Darin Martel, Elizabeth Bennett (Kyle), John Preston Andy and Anna Kathryn Andy; and his great grandchildren, Liam Martel, Allie Martel and Collins Caldwell. He is also survived by his family, friends.
