She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Garner Horton and Elizabeth Horton (Stobart); her husband Clarence "Kasy" Allen King; and her brother-in-law Gary Norkofski. She is survived by: her siblings, Randall Wayne Horton of D'Iberville, MS and Sharla Norkofski (Horton) of Oshkosh, WI; her nieces, Danielle Norkofski (Bryan Bottomley) of Oshkosh, WI and Callie Norkofski (Gary Lamp) of Winchester, WI; and her great-niece Hayley Sleik.
Her enjoyment came from riding in and collecting hot air balloon related items (which she had the opportunity to donate to the National Balloon Museum in Indianola, IA).
