It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Victoria Brown of Biloxi, Mississippi, born in Clara, Mississippi, who passed away on November 12, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Harry J. Brown; her son Johnny L. Smith; her parents, Benjamin A. Mills and Ella Mae Mills; and her sister Ella Vanon Stevens.
She is survived by: her children, Vickie Murphy (Jay) and Richard A. Smith; her great grandchildren, Alia, Liam, Agnes, Daniel, Avery Claire, Byrnn, Abby Grace and Ryder; and her brothers, Arthur Mills, Johnny Mills and Paul Mills. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and numerous cousins.
A reception will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Riemann Family Funeral Home - Biloxi (274 Beauvoir Rd, Biloxi, MS 39531).
