She was predeceased by: her son Ronald Henley; her grandson Daniel Henley; and her siblings, Raymond Blackwood, Lucille Motley, Herbert Blackwood and Wayne Blackwood.
She is survived by: her husband Roger Henley; her daughter Cheryl Collins (Mike); her grandson Nicholas Henley (Crystal); her great grandchildren, Rebecca Alexander and Brooklyn Henley; her nephew Teddy Motley; and her nieces, Dwin Kwitkowski, Stacey Oatman and Mika Blackwood.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations be made in Juanita's name to Fernwood Baptist Church, 2307 E. Pass Road, Gulfport, MS, 39507.
