She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Cook; her daughters, Kelly Marie (Andrew) and Stacey Sapet (Mario); her grandchildren, Ashlei Johnson (Vaughn), Nicole Ladnier (Curtis), Andrew Marie and Landon Sapet; her great grandchildren, Avery, Kennedy, Addison (Nicole), Bowie Kate and Gavin (Ashlei); and her brother Charlie Barnes (Mickey). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
