He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Redmond and Myrtis Redmond; and his siblings, Eldon Redmond, Jessie "Bo" Redmond, Jerry Redmond, Lavoise Redmond, George Redmond, Tommy Redmond, David Redmond-Sandford of Louis, Jimmy Redmond Rawls, Marty Redmond, Mary, Redmond Kelley, Gloria "Dink" Redmond Potts, Brenda Redmond Cobb, Sandra Redmond Shoemaker, Sherald Redmond Rodgers, Glenda Redmond Verret and Debbie Redmond.
He is survived by: his daughter Renee "Rusti" Washington (Darrel Washington); his grandchildren, Devin Washington and Destiny Washington; and his siblings, Wayne Redmond, Audrey Redmond Foret and Michael Redmond-Hungerford. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
