He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Lynd and Lottie Brodnax Lynd; and his sister Louise Murphy. He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Lynd Gray and Jennifer L. Lynd; and his brother-in-law Pat Murphy. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews.
