She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Vincent and Fidelis Vincent; her husband Leroy Picard; her son Ricky Picard; her granddaughter Jennifer McFarland; her great grandchild Wyatt Picard; and her sisters, Delta Jannise of Gueydan, LA. and Viola Breaux of Gueydan, LA..

She is survived by: her children, Kathy McFarland (Jimmy) of Elgin, SC, John Picard (Olga) of Pensacola, FL, Steve Picard (Mary) of Gulfport, Alan Picard (Lisa) of Gulfport, David Picard of Biloxi and Lynette Clayton (Billy) of Richmond Hill, GA; her daughter-in-law Cindy Picard of D'Iberville; and her sisters, Betty Gunter of Grand Bay, AL and Dorothy Bourque of Gueydan, LA..
