He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond and Birdie; and his sister Mona. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Stacie, Michael and Ashley; and his siblings, Joseph Carmine (Maryann) and Lisa Stratford (late Paul Stratford). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
