She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Margaret Virginia and Billy Eugene Martin; her husband LaPlace Jackson Jr.; her children, Erika Jackson Williams (Charles Jr.) of Gulfport, MS. and Christopher Eugene Jackson (Tamar) of Gulfport, MS.; her grandsons, Da'Shaun Marquise Jackson of Biloxi, MS, Cameron Gardner-Viverette of Gulfport, MS and Maliyki Gardner of Gulfport, MS; her siblings, Rogina King (Mark) of Columbus, OH, Virginia Washington (Billy) of Columbus, OH, Birdena James of Clarkesville, TN, Beverly Butler (Melvin) of Cincinnati, OH, Debbie Leahr (Michael) of Cincinnati, OH and Ronnie Hagwood (Lillie) of Columbus, OH.; her goddaughter Serenity Alexis Maria; and her friends, Florence Clay and Patricia Carter.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 6th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Amazing Grace Ministries (1783 Pass Rd, Biloxi, MS 39531). A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 6th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Biloxi National Cemetery (400 Veterans Ave, Biloxi, MS 39531).
