With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Wright of Biloxi, Mississippi, born in Joplin, Missouri, who passed away on October 22, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Oleta Wright; the mother of his children Janice Bittick Wright; his parent Reverend Freddie Wright; and his sisters, Esther Lawellin and Brenda Richards.
He is survived by: his children, Vanessa Grabber (Michael) of Fredericksburg, VA, Brian Wright of Nashville, TN and Jonathan Wright of Biloxi, MS; his sister Pamela Backerman; and his grandchildren, Papa (George), David and William. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
