He is survived by: his child Pawpaw; his wife Julie Lewis; his parents, Elizabeth Cutrer and Jimmy Lewis; his brother Wesley Lewis (Olya Lewis); his children, Brandon Lewis (Monica Lewis), Tara Fischer (Chris Fischer) and Allie Bloodworth (Phillip Bloodworth); his grandchildren, Cody Lewis, Elizabeth Lewis, Raegan Fischer, Rose Fischer, Landon Fischer, Lily Fischer, Rileigh Bloodworth, William Bloodworth and Daniel Bloodworth; his niece Sasha Lewis; and his nephew Wyatt Lewis.
