He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Bob" Bowen and Edith Bowen. He is survived by: his sons, Steve (Jeanne), Brian and Jason; his siblings, Roberta "Bobbie" Ohliger, Allan Bowen, Jeffery Bowen, Peter Bowen and Kathy Manners; his grandchildren, Greg Bowen and Savannah Bowen; and his caregiver Ron Cales. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
