She was predeceased by: her grandmother Dorothy Young; her brother Nick Hoffman; and her cousin Jonathon Terhune-Roquemore. She is survived by: her mother Denise Mclawhorn; her children, Alyssa Dismang and Ethan Nelson; and her siblings, Bethany Bell, Brandy Hampton, Jonna Hampton, Christopher Hoffman, Kerstin Hoffman, Sarah Terhune and Kyla Leiseth.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Gann Cemetery (432 State Hwy M, Conway, MO 65632).
