He is survived by: his children, Anthony Fadale of Topeka, KS and LeAnna Romans (John Niland) of Biloxi, MS.; his grandchildren, Chase Romans and Chloe Romans; his siblings, Robert Fadale (Janet) of Fredonia, NY, Donald Fadale (Sharon) of Dunkirk, NY, James Fadale (Nancy) of Fredonia, NY and Beverly Leikam of Fredonia, NY.; his sisters-in-law, Barbara Kasan (Edward) of Park Ridge, IL and Shirley Laskowski of Chicago, IL; and his aunt Dolores Zafuto of Las Vegas, NV. He is also survived by cousins, numerous nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
