She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul L. D'Angelo and June Spoleti D'Angelo; her daughter Patricia Lee Perry; and her brothers, Charles L. D'Angelo and Leon Joseph D'Angelo.

She is survived by: her daughter Debra Perry-Horbal; her son-in-law James Horbal; her grandchildren, James Horbal, Luke Horbal, Locklynn Bond, Lilly McMahan, Kayson McMahan and Tresa McMahan; and her brother Cliff D'Angelo.
